Softball Mondays

Todd plays in a softball league every Monday night. I can't tell you how much he enjoys it. It is a nice release for him. I think every person should have something that they do for themselves. I think life gets in the way and it is important to stay active for your own health. It allows him to unwind and get some fresh air. He has played with this team for over 3 years now and they have done pretty well. One year they won the intramural championships. This year they lost in the finals. Mostly, they just have a good time. There is even one guy on the team that used to play in the minors. He looks forward to his games every Monday night and when he gets home it is always a whole discussion about his offense/defense. :) His old league used to play on Sundays. I hope they keep it on Monday nights because it breaks up the work week a little for him. Sometimes he does have to miss the games if he is on a business trip, but he does make most of them.
